Kachkanti is a village of Adilabad rural mandal very near to the Adilabad municipality. It is situated between two Parellel Roads leading to Sathnala and Ankoli.

MPUPS Kachkanti (36010801902) is situated at Satnala road with an Enrolment of 90 Students.  Due to urbanization most of the families moved to the other end of the village which is 3KM. away from the Village Kachkanti so most of the children slowly became irregular to the school and even the dropouts.
