‘Adhyapika Manch’, a Forum for Female Teachers in Rajasthan (SC7237)

To improve the quality of girls education in the State of Rajasthan and recognizing the extremely significant role that female teachers play in the life of a girl student,  Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan (SSA) have set up the Adhyapika Manch (AM) – the female teachers’ forum. The primary focus of Adhyapika Manch is to motivate teachers to be more confident of their own abilities and effort so that they feel enthused to go back to their schools and feel encouraged to be more engaged in the teaching and nurturing process of students, especially girls.
