In the last academic year 2018-19, there were 32 students in the MPPS Chandurthi. After the final exams 9 students were of 5^th class who moved to High school for 6^th class. The school is left out with 23 students and it would be difficult to manage the school as 2 teachers out of 4 would be sent on deputation to other schools because of low strength.
