Half Yearly evaluation for Elementary Schools of Bihar was an innovative and extensive endeavor that was implemented with an objective to put into place a system of scholastic evaluation at regular intervals and supplement & strengthen the CCE process. This document attempts to convey a sense of the implementation process as it unfolded on the ground across the nine divisions of Bihar.
