Dimpal Soni
Neha is studying in 12th class (Session- 2020-2021) . She was never enrolled student and had migrated from Bihar. Her father is the only earning person in her family .He is a tailor . He couldn’affford his children to send his children to go to school due to their financial condition. There are seven members in the family. When I found her during the survey I talked to her parents about importance of education and various facilities like Free education,free books and mid day meal. Then her parents decided to send her school.
She had never been went to school, earlier. She came to Chandigarh at the age of 7 years. She and her sister had never been attended any school due to the lack of money. When she started studying ,She had a lot of trouble in the beginning, but slowly took interest in studies as teachers motivated and guided her in a right way. She also took interest in extra co-curricular activities conducted by school and is also a brilliant student. She passed 10t h class with good marks. Now she is in 12th class. She is a multi talented girl in studies as well as sports like taekwondo. She has got medals and certificates in dance and taekwondo. She has secured 3rd position in Olympiad at international level. She passed 10t h class with good marks. She was a part of Scout & Guide under which she has attended many camp and also took part in Science exhibition. She is very polite in nature , teachers and friends appreciate her. She is interested in taekwondo and has got many medals. She also interested in dance and even secured first and second position in dance competition.
